Evil Twins

The hair says it all! These are two men, each of whom holds the security and well being of the planet in his hands and each of whom is at war with the other. Calm and reason seem foreign to both.

We are back to primitive times – time when the fate of humans is in the hands of the gods. Let us all hope – believers and athiests alike – that the gods have control of things – no one else surely does.

How we got this way is anyone’s guess. Kim Jong-un has been out there for some time. Donald Trump is the secret sauce that now energizes Kim and makes everything hugely more unstable.

No one -- not even the most able and imaginative fiction writers -- could have dreamed up a scenario of the kind now facing this world. Two men, each of whom holds the world in his hands and both off-the-chart narcissists, both unpredictable, both volatile, both thinned skinned, both isolationists, both unconstrained male chauvinists, both savoring retaliation against those who disagree.

We are really in the hands of the gods – any and all of them!
